  Welcome to the third design of my site. Here you wil find information and examples of projects that I've been involved with. Most media is released under a creative commons license. I've been coordinating, educating and producing in the areas of Community Media at Public and Educational Access Centers while also working on my own Video projects. Feel free to contact me for small contract Education or Production projects or if you just want to tell me what you are working on. Content featuring students may be owned by the Cambridge Public School system.

Latest News:

Fall 07- Currently working at Cambridge Educational Access (CEATV) as the youth production coordinator and lead trainer. CEATV is an educational access television station providing video production training and youth programming to the city of Cambridge. Channel 98 and 99 in Cambridge, MA - check it out! We are always looking for interns and collaborators.

Summer 07' Returned to the SMI with a vengence. Shaun, Clodagh and I reworked the Syllabus/Production Schedule to cover more ground and create a fantastic amount of Media including a music video and a documentary about the program.

Winter '07 Created the first episode of ZipDocs at CCTV. We've since put several more class productions onlne in video format and have added them to the CCTV Media Map. Access centers should also check out the neighbormedia project.

Fall '06 Worked with several other CCTV members to create a 15 minute documentary on citizen journalism. The "project documentary" class has taken off, creating a documentary on Ants.

Summer '06 Took a long needed vacation traveling to Paris and Barcelona with my fiance.

Summer '06 Directed the Summer Media Institute(SMI) at CCTV. It's basically like video production summer camp for cambridge youth.

Spring '06 Received a BA in community planning from UMass Boston in the College of Public and Community Service, focusing on community media and technology. I've recently finished work on a capstone program evaluation using an applied research focus.

05-06 At Umass I served on the undergraduate student government in the SEOC and Campus and Community Affairs committee.

05-06 Teaching assistant for an introduction to video documentaries and the Tactical Media Project in CPCS.

05-06 Worked part-time as a network administrator for the Society of organizational learning (SoL)

05-06 Worked part-time at BNN TV as a digital media coordinator.
